The FTS-2990 is a fully ANSI-compliant test board, providing comprehensive testing for meters across a wide range of conditions. Its new waveform generator aligns with ANSI C12.20-2015 (pub 4/2017) standards, incorporating all specified waveforms. This system accommodates testing for solid-state meters with a capacity extending up to 50 amps. Utilizing a single voltage and three isolated current sources, the FTS-2990 ensures thorough and precise testing for an array of meters.
Description
As the industry standard in meter accuracy and functional testing in a small, convenient package, the TESCO DTS-2990 is now available in a portable configuration to help solve the challenges of testing meters at the meter site. The new FTS-2990 maintains the same proven reliability and accuracy for testing both self-contained and transformerrated meters as the standard DTS-2990, but is now available with a rugged case, making it ideal for meter testing in any location.
