Description
Reintroduced by popular demand, the TESCO 1044A offers utilities a cost-effective, traditional solution for verifying current transformer (CT) installations, especially for larger services. This lightweight handheld unit allows you to test under load conditions without interrupting the customer’s service.
Designed with safety in mind, the 1044A ensures a continuous closed path through the watt-hour meter’s current circuit, protecting CT secondaries from accidental opening. Its intuitive dial and selectable burden options help pinpoint issues quickly and effectively.
