Job Overview:
We are growing and looking for a Warehouse Manager to ensure leadership within the warehousing function. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing security operations.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
- Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
- Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
- Assisting with deliveries where required.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience preferred; 10+ years earns a premium
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- ERP/inventory systems experience
- Lock control systems experience
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Ability to operate forklift effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

We are growing and looking for a Director of Lean Manufacturing who is responsible for all aspects of shop floor operations including: production throughput, equipment maintenance and operation, work instructions/procedures compliance, quality, staffing/personnel issues, process control, cost control and avoidance, continuous improvement, safety, and schedule compliance.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of 5S- Lean Manufacturing and Lean Logistics in Manufacturing and Manufacturing Support areas
- Design and develop a cross-training plan for all areas of Manufacturing.

Mechanical Engineer
TESCO has been providing innovative products and solutions to the utility industry since 1904. We also have offices in Montreal and New Brunswick in Canada, and Cebu in the Philippines.
We are growing and looking for a Mechanical Engineer with an education from an accredited institution that has combined technical, hands-on, and real-world experiences. The Mechanical Engineer will conceptualize and design devices, test stations, systems, and equipment in support of the TESCO product line. You will perform engineering work in basic and applied research, development, and/or design of new products and/or sustaining of existing products. You will work closely with the engineering staff to understand equipment/system requirements and to ensure that the product(s) work in the application(s).
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Work with all departments in the organization and be an integral part of project teams
- Ensure consistent and timely execution of assigned testing and design tasks.
- Analyze complex systems, devices, and circuits and quickly identify and rectify problems.
- Create and modify existing electronic documentation (e.g. AutoCAD, Solidworks).
- Conceptualize, design, document, build, and test any assigned test fixture, device, or system as assigned.
- Design mechanical enclosures, structures, and bracketry for new products as well as new make-to-order systems. Designs will range from simple mounting brackets to fully integrated electro-mechanical systems.
- Ensure designs are cost-effective and can be efficiently manufactured.
- Communicate with customers for field troubleshooting of any TESCO equipment.
- Communicate with customers in support of design and development of assigned TESCO equipment.
- Provide written and oral presentations on trip reports, troubleshooting cases, and technical subjects.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on improvements to assembly or test procedures and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Travel
- The position is mostly ‘in-office’ position, but travel could be required for certain projects. Opportunities for additional travel can be discussed with your supervisor.
Reporting
- This position will report directly to the Mechanical Lead Engineer
Education/Experience:
- BS degree Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical product and system design.
- Experience with extruded aluminum structures is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SolidWorks modeling and design for manufacturability.
- Experience in the Power Metering industry a plus.
- Experience in field test equipment is a plus.

Job Description:
- Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications. Assigned machines may include (conventional & CNC) lathes, mills, grinders, and similar equipment.
- Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
- Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Maintain logs and records of units produced, including errors resulting in rejected or discarded parts.
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper setup and alignment; perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required skills/abilities:
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
- Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation.
- Ability to learn other pieces of production equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus.
- Limited setup experience preferred.
- Worked in ISO environment preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods working on one’s feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail bending and stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
Education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of related experience is preferred but not required.
- Completion of on-the-job training may be substituted for educational requirements.
The starting rate for this position will be $16.00 / hour, for entry-level candidates, but a higher rate may be negotiated based on experience.
