Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will be working directly with the Sales Team to contact prospective customers. This position will have direct contact with both existing and prospective customers and will ensure the highest level of service as a representative of TESCO. Coordinate with regional sales managers and customers, providing both technical expertise and logistical support, while maintaining strong business relationships.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Cold calling prospective customers to generate interest our products and services.
- Work with prospects to qualify them, listening to their needs and offering solutions
- Accurately create proposals
- Support sales team in administrative tasks/record keeping
- Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers
- Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction
- Call prospects who have come through the system as interested in our products and services
- Work with prospects to qualify them, listening to their needs and offering solutions
- Accurately create work orders and process invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Experience in insides sales/customer service role a plus
- Phone sales experience required.
- Customer support experience preferred.
- MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Relationship building abilities with both customers and co-workers
- Oral and written communication skills, both internal and external.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000-60,000 per year based on experience plus commission-based bonuses

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
