Advent Design/TESCO Named Manufacturer of the Year
Philadelphia, PA (November 8, 2018) – TESCO – The Eastern Specialty Company (TESCO) and its parent company Advent Design Corporation were named Manufacturer of the Year at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s 36th Annual Excellence Awards held at SugarHouse Casino on Thursday, November 8, 2018.
According to Advent Design Owner and CEO Bill Chesterson, the diversity of services and custom approach to solving customer’s problems has allowed for the development of the company with many opportunities and directions to grow. He also added, “The business community in this area is very diverse, and has offered a great variety and depth of services and support for our company.” The centralized location on the east coast has also contributed to the company’s success.
TESCO, a division of Advent Design, was credited for adding significant growth to the company with a suite of new products for the utility industry.
