Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role requires close collaboration with the sales, service, and product development teams. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of marketing initiatives, managing projects and processes to guarantee that our website, collateral, and all communications consistently and accurately represent our brand. This position demands a proactive approach, with a focus on driving value propositions and brand consistency and engagement across all platforms.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, data sheets, white papers, product manuals, and more.
  • Manage content creation and updates for the corporate website, utilizing WordPress (strong proficiency preferred).
  • Oversee corporate social media accounts to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Produce video content, including product overviews and operational instructions.
  • Utilize marketing automation systems to create and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Provide materials and training for product positioning to sales and service teams.
  • Create standardized sales scripts, presentations, and proposals.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and advertisements, analyzing their effectiveness.
  • Equip channel partners with sales training materials, collateral, and best practices.
  • Coordinate logistics and support for trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, defining objectives, targets, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with customers to produce case studies, testimonials, and reference materials.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and maintain current competitive intelligence.
  • Capture high-quality product and event photographs.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
  • Assist Human Resources with the organization and execution of internal company events.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive analytics, including marketing performance, customer insights, and market analysis, to track and enhance business impact.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing, sales, and business operations.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and team support capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
